  • How does this On-Demand Education Pass work?

    Register for your Cultivate On-Demand Education Pass and you will receive an email with the access link to a website housing all 35+ on-demand education sessions. Videos will be available starting August 1. You will have access to this site for 6 months after purchase, or 6 months after education becomes available if you purchase your On-Demand Education Pass prior to video publication on August 1.

  • How do I find a complete listing of all the On-Demand Education Pass sessions with descriptions and speakers?

    The full list of On-Demand Education Pass sessions with complete descriptions and the speaker information can be found here in Map Your Show. 

  • How long do I have to watch the On-Demand education?

    You will have access to this site for 6 months after purchase, or 6 months after education becomes available on August 1 if you purchase your On-Demand Education Pass prior to that date

  • Can I order the Cultivate On-Demand Education Pass anytime?

    You can purchase a Cultivate On-Demand Education Pass anytime before October 31, 2024. You will have access to these sessions for 6 months after your purchase date, or 6 months after the videos become available if you purchase your On-Demand Education Pass before August 1.


    An On-Demand Education Pass can be purchased through the Cultivate registration portal any time prior to July 13. A separate registration link will be available after that point.


  • I already have an All-Access Education Pass; do I still need to register for this On-Demand Education Pass?

    Thank you for purchasing an All-Access Pass for Cultivate. We are excited to see you in Columbus in July!


    All-Access Pass holders have the opportunity to purchase an On-Demand Education Pass for the discounted rate of $99. This gives you 35+ sessions recordings for less than $3.00 each. 


    To receive this special pricing for your On-Demand Education Pass, you will need a special promo code for All-Access Pass holders. Check your email for promotional messages about On-Demand Education that should include the code, or contact AmericanHort at (614) 487-1117 or Cultivate@AmericanHort.org.


    Once you have this code, proceed through the On-Demand Registration Process and enter it in the promo code box on page 1 under Payment Information.

  • I couldn't make it to Cultivate, can I purchase a Cultivate On-Demand Education Pass?

    Yes, anyone can purchase a Cultivate On-Demand Education Pass, whether you attend Cultivate in person or not. For anyone who has purchased an All-Access Pass for Cultivate, the On-Demand Education Pass is offered for a heavily discounted price of $99. For anyone without an All-Access Pass, the price is $379 for AmericanHort members (less than $11 per session) and $679 for non-members (less than $20 a session).   

  • I am not a member of AmericanHort, can I still purchase a Cultivate On-Demand Education Pass?

    Yes, anyone can purchase a Cultivate On-Demand Education Pass, whether you attend Cultivate in person or not, and whether you are an AmericanHort member or not. Join AmericanHort to receive the discounted On-Demand Education Pass price of $379.
